Your support access

Only approve a request from the manager helping you. Approval allows a temporary, read-only view of saved property facts: address, MLS/parcel IDs, price, beds, baths, size, acreage and source date. Private notes, financial profiles, documents, account changes and team/co-buyer records are excluded.

Approval expires within ten minutes. Approved access lasts at most fifteen minutes, ends with the manager's current sign-in window, and times out after five minutes without a property view. You can revoke it at any time.

Search older requests using their UTC creation dates. Requests from an email link can be opened directly regardless of these history filters.
