Shared property briefings
Prepare for a showing or buyer discussion using saved facts, retained record coverage and questions that still need answers. These free tools use property invitations the buyer has already shared with your agent account. Email verification is required.
Accept the buyer’s agent invitation in Team invitations first. Sign in (new tab), then reload. No new research is run here; ask the buyer to refresh records in their workspace when needed.
Checking agent access…
Buyer-shared properties
Prepare a transaction copy
The preview shows the shared property. Downloads and print copies omit address, parcel, MLS, location and source links by default. Other facts may still identify a home; keep copies private. Copies cannot be recalled after access is revoked.
Optional attribution uses agent-supplied registration details. It does not verify identity, license or agency affiliation. No contact details, license or referral code is added.
Each action rechecks your invitation and the briefing contents. Reload after any changed facts or records. Closing the print dialog may cancel printing; LAP records preparation of a print copy, not successful printing.
My private property follow-ups
Expand a topic to track your discussion and next steps. Progress is private to this agent account and invitation; it is excluded from buyer report downloads/printing. “Discussed” records a conversation, not verified property evidence.
Due dates are Pacific calendar dates. No reminder, email or calendar event is created automatically. Saved current due dates can be deliberately downloaded as all-day calendar files. Import into your calendar and check its privacy and date. Later changes, clearing progress or revoked access do not update downloaded copies; repeated imports may duplicate entries.
